Shotgun metagenomic sequencing
The use of nanopore technology for sequencing the entire pool of DNA present in a sample of organisms/microorganisms. Whole genome sequencing allows us to determine the taxonomic composition, understand the functional potential of the community, and identify interactions between microorganisms.
Plasmid DNA sequencing
The plasmid DNA molecules are sequenced using long-read technology which allows the complete sequence of the plasmid or genetic vector to be determined.
Transcriptome sequencing
The sequencing (RNA seq) of the transcriptome (mRNA molecules) enables the analysis of the full sequence of transcripts in a single read. This method allows for the efficient identification of splicing variants, fusion transcripts, and the determination of poly(A) tail length.
Bioinformatic analysis
We offer a full range of bioinformatics services. These include: basic data processing steps (basecalling, read quality control, demultiplexing), and analyses based on mapping reads to reference sequences, de novo genome assembly, and functional annotation. We also offer statistical analyses of the results obtained with a particular focus on the field of metagenomic research.

What types of material are accepted for analysis?
We provide sequencing services from DNA samples provided by the customer, or we can perform nucleic acid isolation in our laboratory.
How many samples do I need to order at least?
Our services include sequencing from single samples, carrying out both small scientific studies and larger projects.
What is the best way to deliver samples?
Please deliver samples to the genXone laboratory (Laboratorium B+R, ul. Kobaltowa 6, 62-002 Złotniki) by courier or in person after prior telephone contact.
In what format will you provide the result?
We deliver sequencing results in standard formats for NGS analysis (e.g., fastq). Our services are always tailored to the customer’s needs, so in order to meet expectations, the final form is always determined individually.
