If the sample has been collected incorrectly or is not adequately protected, it will be necessary to collect a new sample in order to carry out the test.
The self-collection kit contains:
- Instructions for collecting the material,
- Nitrile gloves,
- Swabs: female and male,
- Collection tube,
- Courier envelope,
- Waybill,
- Molecular testing order form.
Return courier shipping is prepaid. The biological material sample should be sent back in a rigid box; the genXone folder can be used for this purpose. If the folder is lost or damaged, it should be replaced with another package.
