If the sample has been collected incorrectly or is not adequately protected, it will be necessary to collect a new sample in order to carry out the test.
The self-collection kit contains:
- disposable toilet seat cover
- disposable nitrile gloves
- sample tube with transport medium and swab
- instructions for taking a swab in Polish
- courier envelope
- waybill
- molecular testing request form.
The return courier delivery is prepaid, and details of the courier booking are included in the kit. The biological sample should be returned in a rigid box; the genXone folder may be used for this purpose. If the folder is lost or damaged, it must be replaced with alternative packaging.
