Information about the test result
Test completion time: up to 7 working days from the date of delivery of the material to the laboratory
How can I calculate when the result will be ready?
The waiting time for laboratory test results is specified in working days, which means that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included. This time starts on the day the sample is delivered to the laboratory.
Example: If the sample arrives at the laboratory on Wednesday and there are no public holidays during the week, the result will be ready for collection by the following Friday at the latest.
Will I wait exactly as many working days as stated above?
The time given is the maximum time. It is possible that the result will be ready for collection earlier. We will inform you about the availability of the result by e-mail.
Factors beyond the control of the genXone laboratory may affect the waiting time. In such situations, the patient will be informed about the extended waiting time.
How can I receive my results?
The result is collected online via the platform wyniki.genxone.eu.
Can I receive my results in another language?
The laboratory documentation is kept in Polish, therefore the results are issued in that language. If you need documentation in another language, we recommend contacting a certified translator.
