Instructions for collecting material for testing
IMPORTANT! The test material must be collected in accordance with the instructions. Incorrect collection will result in the need to pay for a new kit to be sent again.

The return courier shipment is prepaid. The biological material sample should be returned in a rigid box; the genXone folder can be used for this purpose. If the folder is lost or damaged, it should be replaced with another package.
Information about test results
Test completion time: up to 7 business days from the date of delivery of the material to the laboratory
The waiting time for laboratory test results is specified in business days, which means that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included. This time begins on the day the sample is delivered to the laboratory.
Example: If the sample arrives at the laboratory on Wednesday and there are no public holidays during the week, the result will be ready for collection by the following Friday at the latest.
