The SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus genome sequencing project is developing on many levels, but we do not neglect ongoing monitoring. Last week we transferred 76 records to the database. 61 samples (approx. 80%R) contained the “British” strain B.1.1.7.

We have also started the implementation of the contract with MCB UJ. The first sample pool arrived at the R&D laboratory where the sequencing procedure began.
