The Board

Michał Kaszuba – President

The main originator, co-founder of the company, innovator and entrepreneur; a graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (Faculty of Biology) and the Institute of Genetics and Animal Breeding of the Polish Academy of Sciences (doctor of agricultural sciences). He has extensive experience in the implementation of research and development projects in the field of biology and genetics. He has been honored and awarded many times for his achievements. Michał Kaszuba is the winner of the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Province Award in the Micro Future category (2007) and two-time finalist of the well-known Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition in the New Business category (2009 and 2010).

Anna Strumnik – Vicepresident

Doctor of Medicine, specialist in medical laboratory diagnostics, and medical immunology. Graduate of the Medical University of Białystok, where she earned a PhD in Medical Sciences. She also completed postgraduate studies in human resources management. She gained experience in some of the largest laboratory chains in Poland.

Janusz Kraśniak – Member of the Supervisory Board

An Associate Professor at Poznan University of Economics and a Secretary & Member-Supervisory Board at Blumerang Investors SA. He is on the Board of Directors at Arena.pl SA, GenXone SA and Blumerang Investors SA. Mr. Krasniak was previously employed as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Inno Gene SA

A graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań in the field of Economic Cybernetics and IT, specialization Data Processing and Accounting, graduated in 1991. In addition, he completed a course in the implementation of a modern financial controlling system in small and medium-sized enterprises for advisors in the field of public trading in securities, and as part of the study practical implementation of controlling course. Mr. Koitka has also completed numerous training courses organized by banks in the field of assessment of the financial situation of enterprises, accounting and valuations
