genXone S.A. signed a cooperation agreement with the nationwide network Diagnostyka Sp. z o.o.. The contract concerns the procurement of diagnostic tests. The contract assumes that the Real Time PCR tests worth PLN 5.5 million will be performed within 2 years, with the value of the contract being PLN 1.5 million in the first year, and increasing to PLN 4 million in the next year.

Diagnostyka Sp. z o.o. is one of the genXone’s shareholders. In 2019, the company acquired 13.4% of the shares and co-financed genXone with PLN 1.8 million. Diagnostyka Sp. z o.o. performs over 80 million tests for over 15 million patients annually.
