The nanopore sequencing technology used by our company is gaining the importance. Our Research and Development team has carried out research in many areas, here are some notable examples:

• We submitted almost 2300 records to the GISAID database in the coronavirus genome sequencing project, which is about 24% of all Polish entries in the database. The analyzes were carried out as a part of a project with MCB Jagiellonian University in Krakow, commercial orders and our own projects.

• The ongoing support for the WSSE Olsztyn, a laboratory team that uses nanopore technology on a daily basis. Support includes consultancy and regular supplies of reagents.

• Implementation of Two tenders. One is confidential, the second one was sequencing metagenomic samples for Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, which was valued at 35,000 zł netto.

• As a part of the Nanobiome project, more samples are being analyzed from the participants of the second part of Nanobiome project.
