Resolution No. 604/2020
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board 
dated 12 August 2020
concerning introduction of series A, B, C and D bearer ordinary shares of the company GENXONE S.A. to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market  
§ 1  
Pursuant to § 5.1 in connection with § 3.1 and § 3.2 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market the following bearer ordinary shares of the company GENXONE S.A. a par value PLN 1 each:
1) 2.039.000 series A shares,
2) 350,000 series B shares,
3) 306,000 series C shares,
4) 600,000 series D shares.  
§ 2
  This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
