We will attempt to assemble your plasmid/cosmid/BAC using a bioinformatic pipeline tuned to be generally effective, but note that if your sequence is repetitive or otherwise challenging, we aren’t able to give it the personalized attention needed for an optimal assembly. You might want to download the raw reads and try assembling it yourself.
For large plasmids we recommend you to do an additional QC before you send the samples, just to make sure about high quality.

HOW TO PREPARE SAMPLE?
1. For plasmids and amplicons: submit at least 10 uL normalized to 30 ng/uL in water or buffer (try to avoid EDTA). Try to avoid host/bacterial DNA contamination.
2. For large plasmids, BACs and cosmids: submit at least 20 uL normalized to 50 ng/uL in water or buffer (try to avoid EDTA). Try to avoid host/bacterial DNA contamination.
3. Use strip tubes or 96-well plates ONLY.
4. It’s a good practice to put a light layer of parafilm to reinforce the strain tube. You can also put the strain tube into a falcon or something similar to protect the sample better.
5. Make sure your samples are sealed enough to avoid leak.
6. Please note that samples in individual tubes won’t be procede.
For large plasmids we recommend you to do an additional QC before you send the samples, just to make sure about high quality.
Please note that low-quality samples won’t yield satisfactory data. In that case we neither perform re-runs nor issue refunds.
If the leak happens during the shipment you can send us another sample.
HOW TO PREPARE PACKAGE?
As soon as we confirm receiving your order please prepare your samples to ship. Put ypur samples placed in a strip tube or a plate into the box . You don’t have to add dry ice nor cool packs – room temperature is fine.
