Michał Kaszuba – President

The main originator, co-founder of the company, innovator and entrepreneur; a graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (Faculty of Biology) and the Institute of Genetics and Animal Breeding of the Polish Academy of Sciences (doctor of agricultural sciences). He has extensive experience in the implementation of research and development projects in the field of biology and genetics. He has been honored and awarded many times for his achievements. Michał Kaszuba is the winner of the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Province Award in the Micro Future category (2007) and two-time finalist of the well-known Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition in the New Business category (2009 and 2010).

Agata Kozioł – Jaworska – Vice-President of operations

has been working for genXone since 2016, where she previously held the position of Managing Director. She has been gathering professional experience since 1997. In 2000, she took the position of a consultant for the implementation of quality systems at the Quality Consulting Center, and then became the Head of the Quality Control department at Royal Brinkers Polska. In 2009, she moved to the DNA Research Center as the Management Board Representative for Quality Management. In the years 2011-2014 she was the Manager of the Management Board Office at Inno-Gene S.A. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Management Board and a partner of NewLab Systems. She graduated from the Poznań University of Technology.

Jolanta Kołodziejczyk – Vice-President of development

From 2003, she’s worked at Diagnostyka S.A., where recently has held the position of Deputy Sales Director. Until 2019, she was the President of the Management Boards of the largest Polish network of non-public pathomorphological institutes: Diagnostyka Consilio and Histamed Diagnostyka Consilio. In 2004-2009 she was the President of the Academy of Modern Diagnostics Foundation. She is a doctor of biological sciences. She graduated from the Jagiellonian University.

The Supervisory Board

Janusz Kraśniak – Member of the Supervisory Board

An Associate Professor at Poznan University of Economics and a Secretary & Member-Supervisory Board at Blumerang Investors SA. He is on the Board of Directors at Arena.pl SA, GenXone SA and Blumerang Investors SA. Mr. Krasniak was previously employed as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Inno Gene SA.

Mariusz Koitka – Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań in the field of Economic Cybernetics and IT, specialization Data Processing and Accounting, graduated in 1991. In addition, he completed a course in the implementation of a modern financial controlling system in small and medium-sized enterprises for advisors in the field of public trading in securities, and as part of the study practical implementation of controlling course. Mr. Koitka has also completed numerous training courses organized by banks in the field of assessment of the financial situation of enterprises, accounting and valuations.

Tomasz Banasiewicz – Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical Academy in Poznań, since 2010 he has the title of habilitated doctor of medical sciences, and since 2015 the title of associate professor.

Piotr Ciżkowicz – Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw. In 2016 he earned his D.Sc. degree (habilitation). From 1998 to 2000 he was an assistant of the Minister of Finance. He is the author of many domestic and foreign scientific publications in the field of public finance, monetary policy and applied econometrics as well as columns in the daily press.

Jakub Swadźba – Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Medical Academy of M. Copernicus (currently Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University) in 1990. Habilitated doctor of medical sciences (2013), specialist in internal diseases. Author of numerous scientific papers on autoimmune diseases. Mr. Jakub Swadzba is a Chairman-Management Board at Diagnostyka Sp zoo, a Member-Founders Board at Fundacja Akademia Nowoczesniej Diagnostyki, a Member-Management Board at Diagnostyka Turcja Sp zoo, a Member-Management Board at Oncogene Diagnostics Sp zoo and a Vice Chairman-Management Board at genXone SA. He is on the Board of Directors at Genomed SA, Abp Investments Sp zoo, Genomtec SA, House-Med Sp zoo, Platforma Badan Genetycznych Sp zoo and Regenmed Sp zoo. He received his doctorate degree from Uniwersytet Jagiellonski Collegium Medicum.

Dariusz Zowczak – Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Medical Academy in Wrocław, medical doctor, specialist in gynecology and obstetrics (1997). Completed post-graduate studies (Healthcare Management (2001)) at the Wrocław University of Economics and a course for Members of Supervisory Boards of healthcare institutions (1992). From 2007, Vice President of the Management Board of Diagnostyka S.A.
