genXone is expanding its management board by two new people – Agata Kozioł-Jaworska and Jolanta Kołodziejczyk. Extending the composition of the management board from two to four people is dictated by the intensive development of the company, related to the expansion of its areas of activity and expansion of relations with permanent and new business partners. The introduction of new people to the management board will guarantee the effective functioning of all departments of the company and the maintenance of appropriate management proportions between the research and business areas.
The systematic development of the company means that genXone is constantly expanding the scope of its research and projects. Therefore, the supervisory board decided to enlarge the management board by two new persons, whose management and scientific competences are to lead to an additional increase in the effectiveness of all employee teams.
At genXone, we see a great need to manage operational and development areas that cannot be developed without people with appropriate competences. Equipping new management board members with greater decision-making possibilities will allow us to improve our operations, and will positively affect our projects. We also have additional satisfaction that we are joining the group of listed companies in whose management boards are women, and that we now have two extremely competent ladies – said Michał Kaszuba, president of genXone.
