Yesterday, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held, during which several resolutions important for the company’s development were adopted. Resignation from the function of Vice President of genXone S.A. was submitted by Jakub Swadźba. Thank you for your contribution to the development of the company. Mr. Jakub Swadźba and Mr. Dariusz Zowczak were appointed as the Members of the Supervisory Board, thus emphasizing the continued involvement of the main shareholder – Diagnostyka S.A.

In the company’s development helpful should be genXone’s membership in the Wielkopolska Chamber of Industry and Commerce (pl. Wielkopolska Izba Przemysłowo – Handlowa). The company wants to be an active entity in the Wielkopolska region and strengthen its position on a very competitive local market.

Highlighting the genXone position in Greater Poland is the adopting of the head of the Research and Development Department, dr. Grzegorz Nowicki, to the Employers’ Council of the Faculty of Biology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. The possibility of influencing the education of young biotechnologists and bioinformatics specialists is important in building key skills.
